The Mighty Quills Program is a year-long program for high school students focused on creative writing, vocabulary building, and self-expression through the written word.

Open to students in high school, the Mighty Quills Program allows students the opportunity to participate in a writing-intensive literacy program taught by New York Times-hailed playwright Amina Henry while exploring varied styles of writing and receiving weekly homework help. Mighty Quills allows our Scholars a safe space to discuss and write about topics that are important to the youth of color and also encourages self-expression and increases self-confidence.
