Thank you for your interest in HPAC! Our programs take determination and commitment, so we look to teachers like you to suggest students.

HPAC recruits students to participate in youth development programs each spring.

Students who participate in HPAC programming receive career and educational enrichment, education/college counseling, access to social services, and eligibility to apply for middle and high school tuition scholarships.

We are looking for rising 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders (currently in 3rd through 7th grade) who meet the following criteria:

  • Demonstrate social competency
  • Do well in group settings
  • Are eager to learn academically and socially
  • Parents are involved and actively engaged in their child’s education

All students recommended by Alliance School teachers will be invited to an interview day to join our youth development college and career pipeline.

Recruitment for 2019-2020 Academic Year Programs Begins in March 2019

Each year, HPAC also partners with one Faculty Coordinator at each alliance school.
