The Director of Programs will manage HPAC programs that directly serve Hunts Point children and families working to increase service levels, refine the use of data to target specific interventions, align communication and impact across programs, and cultivate relationships with community partners that are critical for successful program implementation. Do you believe that every student can succeed with the right support? We are looking for a passionate student advocate and coach to lead a brand new joint initiative to create a college-going (and graduating) culture in Hunts Point. This new position will both support a small cohort of students select colleges, as well as create a peer-network of neighborhood college students to support students earn credits and graduate on time. We are seeking a motivated High School Pipeline Manager to provide significant support to HPAC Scholars as they achieve milestones in their education and journey through high school. The High School Pipeline Manager ensures that both Scholars and their families receive the guidance needed in grade 8 to make informed decisions about the transition from middle school to high school, and support students through connecting them with opportunities to participate in writing programs, mentoring, and community service.
